Depending on the manner in which you use our networks, we may collect a variety of information and data that could include:
When you log into or register to any one of our networks, for example, our communities, websites, store, products, services, content, and or subscriptions, we may request your email address, username, zip code, password, and other security information to contact you when we introduce new products, and features, or to let you know if a problem has been discovered or corrected, and also to provide you with information that you request from us.
An account also allows you to access other features of The Crypto Network, including buying digital content, watching videos, message boards, allowing The Crypto Network account holders to watch your streams, access your content, engaging with third party services by linking your account to such services, engaging with any other products or services that we or our partners may offer from time to time, and entering sweepstakes, and contests and other promotions offered by The Crypto Network (each, a “ Promotion ”).
When communicating with us by filling out surveys, providing feedback, comments, chatting, emailing, or contacting us through any other means. When you communicate with us, we collect all the data that you volunteer. Such communication is voluntary and is not required to use on The Crypto Network, but we may use the data you provide to develop or improve our services.
Third-Party Data Collection.
When you connect to our networks through a third-party, we often have the ability to collect information about you from these third parties, depending on the third-party’s terms of service and the privacy settings you have specified. For example, we may have access to your full name, profile picture, user ID, login, email address, physical location, gender, birthday, groups and affiliations, and posts to your friends. If you do not want us collecting or using this information, you can often disable this feature through the settings on the third-party website service you are using. If we have collected this information and you do not want us to use it or store it, please let us know immediately and we will take steps to ensure it is removed from our servers.
These third-party services have their own privacy policies which apply to their collection, use, and sharing of personal data. We encourage you to read their privacy policies carefully before you decide to create or otherwise connect your account through any authorized third-party service. The Crypto Network does not have any control over the protection and privacy of the data you provide to any third-party service and is not responsible for how any such service collects and uses the data you provide to them.
Social Media Data.
Our Network may include social media functions and features, for example, a Facebook “Like” button or Twitter “Share” feature. Through this functionality, we may collect your IP address, page or location you are visiting on our websites or in certain products, services, content, and or subscriptions.
The Crypto Network communicates with you by posting notices on our websites and other third parties services such as but not limited to Discord, Twitter, and other social media services. In addition, we may also use your email address to:
- contact you in connection with a Promotion, such as if you are selected as a winner;
- respond to your support questions, comments, feedback, surveys;
- confirm your purchase transactions
- notify you of major changes to our services or to contact you about your use of our services, including the content that you posted; and
- send you promotional messages from us or our partners or to messages about our services, including news, general information, and customer support.
You can stop receiving our marketing or other promotional emails anytime by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of such emails. Please note that you cannot opt-out of receiving service messages from us, including transactional, security, legal notice or other important information.
We use third-party analytics services (“ Third Party Analytics ”), such as Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics to provide site metrics and other analytics services. These Third-Party Services may employ advertising and purchase incentives, which are embedded in our content, services, and subscriptions, or provided in conjunction with them. We may permit these third-parties to serve these advertisements and collect information about how you use our content, services, and Subscriptions, including the device you use, your operating system, your login information, wireless carrier, and the geographical location.
We use information from these third-parties mainly to deliver relevant advertising to you, verify your location and use of our products, assess other consumer interests, improve the design and development of new products, and services. In these cases, we will have written agreements with these third parties so that we know what information is being collected, how it is used, where it is stored, and to ensure that these third-parties are operating with the laws and regulations of the United States and the European Union.
We may release information concerning your use of our Network, including but not limited to, posted public postings, registration information, network records, and geographic and tracking data, when (a) we believe in good faith that such release is appropriate; (b) to comply with the law (for example, pursuant to a statutory demand, subpoena, warrant, or court order); (c) to protect against fraud, abusive, or unlawful use of our software or services, and to protect our rights and property (including the rights and property of our third-party business partners and affiliates); (d) to enforce any contract between you and us, including with our third-party business partners and affiliates; and (e) if we reasonably believe that a situation involving danger of death or injury to any person requires disclosure.
We take prudent security measures to protect you and the information we collect from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. These measures include encrypting your information, keeping sensitive information stored on secured servers employing firewalls, transmitting sensitive information (such as a credit card number) entered on our site or mobile application using secure socket layer technology (SSL), and periodically reviewing our data collection practices and networks and our physical security measures. We enforce physical access controls to our office and files, and we authorize access to personal data only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities. However, no system of security is ever completely secure or error-free. As such, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you transmit to The Crypto Network or any other network site, and you do so at your own risk.
We will keep your information for as long as your account is active or the information is needed to provide you services, or as long as it may be required to fulfill our legal obligations.
Business Transfer or Corporate Change.
You can close your account at any time and for any reason. However, if you close your account you will immediately lose all promotional points, rewards, or other benefits associated with your account as well as any status that you may have attained and automatically be withdrawn from any promotions, rewards or prizes.
Except as otherwise noted above, we generally delete your account data within thirty (30) days of closure. However, we may keep data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, including to comply with requests by law enforcement, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, or fulfill your request to “unsubscribe” from our communications. We may also retain aggregated data (information about our users that we combine together so that it no longer identifies or references an individual user) and other anonymized data for regulatory compliance, industry and market analysis, demographic profiling, marketing, and advertising, and other business purposes.
International Users & Privacy Shield.
The Crypto Network is based in the United States. Regardless of your location, you consent to the processing and transferring of your data in and to the United States and other countries. Please note that the laws of the United States and other countries governing data collection and use may not be as comprehensive or protective as the laws of the country where you live.

The Crypto Network is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. InSite.Network complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU including the onward transfer liability provisions. The US Federal Trade Commission has investigatory and enforcement powers over The Crypto Network's compliance with the Privacy Shield Framework.
